Aceside, the book is invaluable to the active player. Your statement that HC games are rare is just another example of your posting out of your ass. Do you really play in casinos or do you simply troll from your mother's basement?
Al, while I agree with you in principle, in the case of CAA, it really doesn't apply. Correct me if I'm wrong, but only 250 copies of the book were printed and sold. There has never been an additional printing or distribution. In that case, neither the author nor publisher is being hurt by pirated copies being circulated. And it doesn't hurt resale value of the original book, either. I posted mine for sale on BJTF a few years ago and got $3K for it.
