The shuffles now default to random. However if a seed is specified the same random shuffles can be repeated if the seed is kept the same.
I added an option to enable or disable all strategy variations.
Added some comments on how True Counts are calculated.
Changed the tables to help clarify output.
Added a bar chart for session results.
The display hands option is off until I can update with better displays.

I have tried your simulator for several days but it seems there are some problems. Firstly I disabled All Strategy Variations because these do not make any sense with the current input table. Then I played the 8-deck game with a $10,000 bankroll for 1600 shoes using a bet spread of $10/20/40/80/100/120 at the True count of 0/+1/2/3/4/5.
If I chose a shuffle seed 0, my net earn $ could swing between -$10000 to $10,000 easily.
If I chose a shuffle seed 168, my net earn $ could consistently fall below -$10000 (Player went broke).
If I chose a shuffle seed 169, my net earn $ could consistently stay at +$4060.
I guess I still don't get this shuffle seed number. If the shuffle seed number is 169, are the 1600 shoes I played all the same? Or the 1600 shoes are different from each other?
If the shuffle seed is 0 then all the shoes are random. If the shuffle seed is anything except 0 then the shoes should always be the same. However if you set the strategy variations different, then sequences can vary but the shoes are the same with anything other than 0.
Of if the seed number is different then the shoes will be randomly different. For example shoes with a seed of 168 will be different than shoes with a seed of 169.
But shoes of 168 will always be the same for runs with the seed set to 168.
Ands shoes of 169 will always be the same with the seed of 169.
And it doesn't matter if the numbers are close together. 168 and 169 could be just as different as any other pair of numbers.
So it's just hopefully a way of giving random and repeatable options. The default of 0 always gives random so if someone just wants random then they don't have to bother with the seed number.
But if they want to compare things with the same shoes then can just pick a specific number.
