Which Casinos Offer the Lucky Ladies Side Bet for Double Deck BJ?

I played a bit here in Denver (Black Hawk) last night, but did not see any DD offering the Lucky Ladies side bet.

Can anyone name casinos (starting with those closest to the Midwest) that offer the Lucky Ladies side bet for Double Deck (it doesn't matter if it's pitch or shoe.)?

I am planning to call the Iowa casinos first as I remember Burlington having Lucky Ladies, but that was for 6 deck. I am hoping that I don't have to rely exclusively on travelling to Vegas, where I hope DD Lucky Ladies exists.
