Riders Welcome

I read in Ian Andersen's "Burning the Tables in Las Vegas" that Asia, Europe, and Australia offer games that permit riders or backbetting, which I do realize is similar to Wonging. But does anyone know if any of the thousands of North American casinos permit riders? Perhaps Vegas casinos?

Thank you again for any input. I hope to be able to sometime soon provide support, information, tips, etc. because I have received so much from the BJ21 forums.
