Best First Card for a Player to Receive in 21 + 3

Is a 10 more favorable than an Ace for a player to receive as his/her first card in 21 + 3? Can someone tell me the player advantage for receiving an ace and also for receiving a 10 for their first card for 21 + 3 please? Thank you in advance.
