21 + 3 Side Bet: What is the Best First Card to Get?

Hello again, Would somebody please be able to run a sim that would reveal the most valuable initial card (in terms of rank) that a player could get when playing the 21 + 3 side bet (assume 9:1 payout for any winning 21 + 3 side bet)?

What about the 2nd most valuable initial card? And the 3rd? And the 4th? And so on?

Dog Hand had indicated, for example, that a 10 for an initial card is not good for the 21 + 3 side bet. He also indicated some other valuable info. (please see "Lucky Ladies" thread below.).
