Mindplay has proven to be an expensive failure..
..There are other "table game management" systems that are also expensive and also doomed to failure.

As far as alerting a dealer when the count is favorable to the player and calling for a shuffle, the Nevada Revised Statutes have that covered, at least superficially. However the final sentence "except as permitted by the commission" seems, at least to me, an escape clause for casino management should the commission be so unfair as to overide the statute. I am making the assumption that "person" applies to both player and the casino. (CAPITAL LETTERS ARE MY EMPHASIS ADDED) and that is the intention of the statute.
Obviously, this only applies to Nevada. Once again, I am not and attorney and my opinion may only be worth exactly what you paid for it.
