that the probability of being cheated by a dealer is the same at places like Paris or Mandalay as it is at venues that are owned by sole proprietors? If my choice of casinos were dictated entirely by my fear of a cheating dealer, you'd find me in those run by the big, "high-visibility" companies.
My comment was not that 'DD was wrong about casinos in general escaping responsibility by pitting policy against the action of a rogue dealer as you suggest. My point was that its easy to mis-interpret the statement "Casinos can do whatever they want" because the latitude they have to do whatever they want varies greatly from venue to venue. My post was qualified with support toward 'DDs main point.
