I try these little hints to the other players:
"Hey, what do you have in your hand?"
"What do have over there? Ya fish head."
"Yo, lemme see your cards."
"Got any threes? GO FISH!"
This is usually followed by me saying "Hey bozo, where ya going?"

You're right, but I never thought of it like that. I always thought someone that wouldn't take a little time to learn about what they were doing and do it anyway and give away $$ in the process was a sucker, fool, or both.
BUT, you're right...they know when they sit down they will lose and do it anyway...you hear them all the time say to the dealer..."How much you want of my money this time?", etc....
Still, in a way...yeah, they are...SUCKERS!

What will get you barred faster than just about any play deviation are these two things: 1) Taking your bet down after a win when the count drops, and 2) spreading from one hand to two hands every time the count goes up. If you make a habit of these practices, bonne chance. PV
Sometimes it is a nice mental health break to get completely, totally obnoxious. This is especially nice when you are playing with a really annoying ploppy who you are reasonably sure is not armed. When you hit your stiff against a dealer stiff, or double your soft 18, etc, start verbally rooting to have taken the dealers bust card. Then when the dealer makes a hand, tell the ploppy in question that you love causing other players to lose. This usually gets them to go away.
I must also warn that this approach has been known to result in a punch in the face on occassion. YMMV.

at Isle of Capri in Lula at the 2D game (don't ask why) and the pit actually chastized us for showing our cards to each other and told us that it wasn't allowed. So we just begain telling each other what we had.
for only 1 dealer and 1 deal, then I was outa there. :) This was in July, on a weekend afternoon.

You should probably take that post down, if the guy is spreading black to purple, you shouldn't give him away as an AP. I hope no Foxwood staff is reading this board. If you dont take it down, at least remove the last line. Maybe the board mod can remove it.
I deleted my 'Are you sure?' response because a couple of posters 'sweated' my response as being too revealing of the AP.
The only reasons I gave details in that post were to respond to SOTSOG's comment/question and because I have not seen the player at that casino in 12-14 months. He was a 6+ visits/month player for multiple years before that.
Personally, the rumors ought to start after the earnings call; I think some hedge funds jumped the gun today and now have placed the rating agencies in a defensive position. FYI, I'm in the downgrade camp.
