can they be found in FL, NJ, AZ and CA? where they still dont shuffle til 2/3rd dealt and pay 3-2 on BJ so u can count the cards? most of the ones ive seen have 5 spots --i like to tie up all 5--and a big boobed dealer saying place ur bets.
