O.k. I'm a REBORN NEWBIE to the game and have over the past 4 months been learning basic strategy (single deck) and card counting. I still feel really uneasy at the thought of using my newfound knowledge of the game at a real Las Vegas casino but know I will sometime in the near future because of an unavoidable planned vacation. So I planned on trying my "luck" out first on the video blackjack machines because the thought of getting de-virginized at a $5 table just seems too much right now.
So my question is this, does anybody know if the video blackjack machines are in anyway rigged? I mean can I really use basic strategy on a video machine (because of any Nevada law or something that forces the programming of those machines to act like a real deck)? I mean obviously card counting is out of the question for those machines.
It would be interesting to find out if there isn't any kind of restrictions on those machines.
