Vegas Aces "how to deal" video says a dealer can be written up for soliciting tips?
Should I complain to the floor supervisor, demand the dealer get written up/fired, or say something clever/threaten to report the dealer to get the dealer off my back?
Yes, it is common courtesy to tip dealers.
My big problem with tipping is that the edge we have in blackjack and poker is so low, tipping is counterproductive to our game and doesn't guarantee longevity.
I don't go to the casino to have fun.
I go to casinos to win long term!
