I heard that the Mirage Casino no longer has surrender. Please give me the names of couple casinos on the strip that have surrender. I have been out of touch for about a year. Thanks.

Mirage still has surrender

as well as most of the good strip casinos (Caesars, Bellagio, Flamingo, Bally's, Paris, Monte Carlo, MGM, Mandalay, Venetian)

Mandalay Bay has late surrender at all tables. They have changed some of their pits from standing on soft 17 to hitting 17.
