If the dealer puts the cards into this machine after every hand, and new portions of cards are constantly being spit out by the machine (as I think you describe), then it is a Continuous Shuffling Machine (CSM). I'm sorry, but this game cannot be counted, and you should stay away from it.
However, if the dealer deals the game entirely from outside the machine (pitch or from a shoe) and the machine is merely used as a shuffler (whole shoes are put in and pulled out only after a whole game has been dealt, not after every hand), then this machine is just an Automated Shuffling Machine and this game can be counted. In fact, this machine is a good thing from the standpoint that more hands are dealt per hour because there is less time wasted for a shuffle. On the other hand, this game cannot be tracked.
