I have 1 questions:
1) For ENHC DD9,10,11 the indices must be different for doubling A8 & A9 than for DD any total ( because if you doble A9 and you get a 2 it will be 11 ans not 21....
Is SBJA able to take in consideration this parameter ?

If they force the Ace to be counted as 1 when you double down on A8 and A9 so that A,8,2 becomes 11 --- then don't double down on A8!
Typically the count to double down on A9 matches the count that you would split T,T. Don't see where this rule would hurt this play.
The count to double down on A8 is pretty close to the count of double down on 8, but that is when hands like A,8,2 = 21.
