Now that I reside on the left coast, I'm thinking about a short trip to Reno. Never been, but heard it has had some decent play for years. May I request some recommendations on places to check out for decent BJ play, and places I might want to avoid? Looking for a hotel to stay and play, as well. Any and all insight appreciated!
My favorite places to play are
Harold Club, Fitzgeralds, Flamingo, and The Virginian.
OK, they're closed...seriously now my top 5.
1. Peppermill...better tolerance than most people suggest but don't camp out with a predictable spread

As for "stay": quality, location and cheep would be Harrah's East Tower in Downtown. Also try J A Nugget in sparks for a little better quality, fairly cheep and decent play conditions.
Might find decent 2D at Silver Legacy, otherwise downtown is pretty sick. Try Western Village for SD/2D east of Sparks. Check out Silver Club next to J A Nugget for SD. However, don't spread more than 5 - 1.
Peppermill has really top of the line accomodations, restaraunts and beauty along with hot female dealers. Sometimes you will find good 2D and 6D there. Also just south, try Atlantis for 6D and 2D.
Conditions may have changed since I was last in Reno/Sparks. Lost all my bankroll trying to save my Real Estate investments. Haven't played for 1.5 years.
Go west on I-80 about 5 min drive and try Boomtown for stay and play.

Had to let to homes go to the bank in the process. However, saved my real valueable investments. Sometimes the sacrifice play wins the World Series.

Silver Club been closed for months. Reno keeps going downhill, unfortunately, and not surprisingly. While still worth playing, it just doesn't take as long too play there after I exhaust my 45 min per shift at the now 7-8 locations I find playable.
