I am a newbee counter learning the trade. I recently subscribed to CBJN. I subscribed on the night before the price change. I recieved confirmation of my subscription for the $49.00 fee. whne I recieved my credit card bill I found I was charged the new fee of $79.00. Emediately E-mailed BJ21 and advised them what had happned. I recieved an E-mail From SW himself He advised that my request would be granted and I would be refunded the difference. He advised as far as he knew I had ordered after the price change. He gave me the benifit of the doubt. I must say he is a great businessman because he knows I will be a long time subscriber after what he did without any type of argument or hassle.
