Quick pick lotto
Do lotto ticket generators produce a unique set of numbers for each auto pick ticket? Or, is it possible for two players to win the full prize with identical randomly generated tickets?
Since numbers are in a different order on each ticket, I assume a lot of combinations of the same numbers is possible but not identically ordered. I believe there would be 720 combinations for each set of 6 numbers. With a powerball number held constant, would it be 120 winning combinations?
