Question for Don S. or others...
...I've only recently noticed something I believe was debated long ago on this site, but I still don't know how to resolve it. Re: the differences between Wong's and Don's Hi-Lo indices on the decisions where they differ, i.e. 12 v. 2, 10 v. A etc.. Maybe the differences are insignificant in the long run, but I'd like to know the answer, if it's not a matter of opinion. Thanks for any help.
