Hi,
I just purchased the Jan 2026 CBJN PDF. I don’t see New Hampshire listed in the East section, New Hampshire casinos do operate under the state’s charitable gaming laws (which mandate 35% of the operator’s profit must go to a rotation of qualified charities) but the experience for the patrons is identical to that of a casino in other states. The operator’s of the casinos are private for-profit companies. (Delaware North, the owner of the Boston Bruins and TD Garden arena in Boston owns Gate City Casino in Nashua, NH.)
In July 2025, state law changed to allow casinos in New Hampshire to set any table limits they wish.
The Blackjack conditions at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire are:
6 decks, 3:2, H17, DAS, LS, No RSA (one card only dealt to each split Ace), deckpen is 5/6 (1 deck cut off, 83% pen)
Table minimums are $15/$25 table maximums are usually $1,000
The state has several other casinos that I haven’t sampled table conditions for yet.
Thanks,
Happy Blackjack
