A couple of weeks ago I posted a question on this forum about the history of the mathematics of card counting. I told I was working on this subject for one of my mathematics courses in university. I got some wonderful and very interesting information.
However, I would like some more information.
I was told that "...no discussion of the history of card counting, and especially the computer-generated studies of the game, would be complete without mention of the legendary Julian Braun and John Gwynn, the two pioneers of modern-day computer studies of the game."
I have been able to find some good information about Julian Braun, but do you have some suggestions where I can find information about John Gwynn?
Also, although it hasn't really to do with the mathematics, I feel that I also have to mention some people went to court to make sure counting became legal. Where can I find information about this?
Thanks in advance.
