Husban and Wife Team

I've been discussing with my wife the possibility of her joining me at a DD table. I would do all of the counting while setting at 1 st base, she would take 3rd base. She would bet the same amount as I do. When possible we would both spread to two circles each. I would play table minimun with a 1 to 5 bet spread. Assuming there isn't any heat, I am wondering if this play would be more profitible for us vs my playing solo?

I think you might be better to try a "Big Player" system-what you're describing might become obvious after a while. Good luck!

Would it be profitible for the two of us to bet min during 0 and lower counts and increasing during plus counts something like this:
Player 1st base: +1 bet 2 units, +2 bet 4 units, +4> bet 5 units
Player 3rd base: +1 bet 3 units, +2 bet 3 units, +4> bet 3 units, spreading to two circles near the end of the shuffle during positive counts and leave bets on two circles for the first round after the shuffle. Counts drop bets then revert back to 1 unit and 1 circle.

You can use card eating to your favor with a partner. Works well on a very low limit game if you can lock up all the spots somehow and get your partner to play 2 or 3 spots flat betting very low stakes in negative and neutral counts and you play a conservative spread game on the other two spots. As the count rises your partner sits out.
