I am a doctoral graduate student and a former statistics teaching assistant. I have uncovered a way to win at blackjack without card counting or using silly progressions/regressions. I know it sounds impossible. I posted here last year, and my 'system' continues to win.
My question has not to do with whether or not my 'system' wins in the long run, but rather how I may market it? My intention is not to start another fruitless, angry debate.(I know you don't believe that it's possible to gain an edge w/o counting, but just for a second take a trip with me to fantasy world. Assume for a second that my 250 college credits have not been a waste of time and that, though it's impossible to run a computer sim with my strategy, I have done a good deal of research with manually dealt hands.)
My system works (~.20 unit per shoe), but it takes some time to implement in a real casino setting. Also, I don't have much of a bankroll and don't want to spend my life in a casino trying to avoid detection. For these reasons, I am seeking your advice as to how I might market this 'system?' Write a book? Sell the system online to the highest bidders and request royalites from the winnings? Find investors? Where can I find Investors? Sell it to a casino?
I can prove to potential buyers that my Blackjack 'system' works by demonstration. I will hire an off-duty professional blackjack dealer and gamble with chips that only I know the real value of. In other words, black chips may represent a $10 bet rather than a $100 bet. After, say, 10 hours of play or 100 shoes or whatever, we see how much my system is ahead in 'fake' money. This process can be videotaped and mailed to prospective buyers. In this way, I can show it works without disclosing the secrets.
I know I don't have to remind you that in today's casino, considering tables that have $10,000, $50,000 (Bellagio in LV), or $250,000 limits, this system is potentially worth millions upon millions. Any suggestions for how I may market this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Overkill
