Hole carding
Does anyone know where I can get any information on hole carding?
I know Grosjean's book has it, but I have been unable to find a place to purchase his book since it is out of print. Does anyone know of any other book or website that has decent information?
I understand the basics such as if the dealer has a 2 showing and a 6 in the hole you treat it as a 8 showing and play accordingly but I would like to figure out the advanced plays. For example, if the dealer has a stiff (14, 15, or 16) with the ten showing and you have a 8 (5,3) I imagine the correct play would be to double but just haw aggressive does one get?
