Since the 2 is only worth .5 and 5 worth 1.5 in Halves!
I know 5s is much vauleable than 2s , just like Ace and Ten.
Therefore, sometimes in the beginning of the shoe(middle), if I see many 2s come out in a Round, although the 2 is +1, but I still will fix my bet on next round, because it is only the 2.
If I see many 5s come out in a round, i will put alittle more money on the Next Round, Is it Correct to do?

The fact that each card rank has a point value attached to it makes it superflues to worry which exact card you have seen. That's all the purpose of counting. The high betting correlation of 97% for hilo should give you enough confidence to bet whenever the count calls for it.
It's very dangerous to take your betting decisions on the basis of the last few cards seen.

There is no mathematical reason to adjust back. If I notice a much more than average number of fives spread out on the table, I will run a slightly higher bet (respective of the count) all the way to the end.

I don't believe it's possible to keep track of certain card ranks without actually counting them separately.Besides, the "rules of engagement" are not clear. This will result in less accuracy rather than more and it opens the door to all kinds of undisciplined behaviour which is poison for a blackjack player.
With the same argument you should start to keep track of 7s versus 9s and I could give you more examples.It never ends.
If you really want more precision you should use Thorp's ultimate count which has tags ranging from +11(5s) to -9(aces).Easy,isn't it?

All this does is affirm that the fives are even worse than the aces are good.
The five is indeed the card with the greatest effect of removal (+0.69% per deck versus -0.61 for the ace).
However,seeing a five doesn't have three times the value of seeing a two as the Halves system would suggest. Actually it's not even double.EOR for the two is +0.38%.
