Those are for relatively weak spreads. The last one is 1-20, but it is 1-20 �play-all�. �Play-all� is still a weak game for shoe play, even with a 1-20 spread. Note that the SCORE for the 1-20 game area around 45, which is considered �unplayable� by many. (Lots of people use 50 as the cut-off for �playability�),
Sorry to disagree but I wouldn't consider 1-20 as a "weak spread" mainly for a play-all game.
However, the data do show a pattern. Note that for the weakest game, 1-4, the Hi-Opt is 12% better than HiLo. The advantage decreases until it is only 2.6% better for the 1-20. I think if you put Wonging into it, you will see HiLo outperform the other one.
I guess you're right if you consider "pure" wonging but not if you leave the shoe at negative counts which is what most players do.
Maybe you should ask Cacarulo about those wonging SCOREs.
