Your "proof" is based on your understanding of how TJ worked over a year ago. Has it ever occurred to you that development continued? Would not it make sense to check groups of casinos and refresh them at one time if their conditions were unchanged?
You have accused me and Don S of a crime on a forum where I am not allowed to respond. Think about that. You have posted to the Fight Club that Don Schlesinger will be remembered negatively in the future of BJ. I suggest you reread your post. I suggest you think about it in the light of Don's quarter-century of contributions and Titaniumman's "contribution" (i.e. slandering anyone remotely associated with a man you don't like for personal reasons.)
Your obsession has warped your view of the world and your place in it. No matter how many fake persona you and your friends invent, how many times you tell us you talked to Stanford on the street, and how many slanderous posts you make; you will fail in your mission to destroy the reputations of Blackjack's contributors. And you will make your own life miserable in the process.
You tried to set up a competing site to TJ and failed. Get over it.

It takes considerable time to review all aspects of a single report.
How many decks?
Does the dealer stand or hit soft seventeen?
On what hands can the player double down?
Can the player double after splitting?
How many times can the player split pairs?
How many times can the player split aces?
Is surrender offered?
Are the cards dealt face up or down?
Is the game hand shuffled or what kind of machine is used?
How many tables?
What the penetration, and the variance of the pen?
Whats the minimum bet allowed?
Whats the maximum bet allowed?
Are there any special options or restrictions?
Are there any special payouts?
Are there any comments or notes?
If a person has reviewed a particular report on trackjack, why not go ahead and hit the submit button or refresh key right then at that moment? Removing that capability would be a severe hindrance to the system, not an improvement.
Last summer, I printed out trackjack in its entirety. Then, every week for two months, I printed out all new reports for the last seven days. Each week, there was one or more mass updates of hundreds of reports all at the same moment in time.
Every time one of these mass updates occurred, not one single aspect of one single report changed except for the report time and date including the name of the reporter.
Every month, when CBJN comes out, a summary of all game condition changes is published. Additionally, every report on CBJN that has had a change since the previous report, has an indicator in the left margin. There is a + sign for every change that is good for the player. There is a - sign for every change that is bad for the player. If the change is neutral, there is an *.
There are several change indicators on every page of updated CBJN reports.
RGE has no resources to review the much more than a thousand reports on trackjack. Most of the reports are now over two years old, but the dates are changed so they wont look so bad. Imagine a trackjack subscriber seeing a fresh report of a type of game he likes and traveling out to play it only to find that that game has not existed for a year or more.
This conduct of mass freshening the report dates of a pay subscriber service is fraud. Anyone who suffers damage to their reputation for supporting it needs to look at their own actions for blame, not to me.
This is not an issue of vengeance. It is an issue of fraud by RGE perpetrated against the blackjack community for money.
The only reason it looks like an obsession is because the scam has continued to be perpetrated for so long.
You claim that you are not acting out of malice. But, this is betrayed by your actions. Your post that I committed a crime where I could not respond. A complete fabrication. Your laughable comments on Schlesinger. Your use of phony names and made up persona claiming that you are a newby and dissatisfied customer. Your illegal publication of edited e-mails. Your numerous half-truths. Like claiming that Viktor delayed payment to you but leaving out the fact that you asked him to in order to cheat the taxpayers out of unemployment insurance. The fact that you began trashing TJ while secretly attempting to build a competing product.
You began by trashing your ex-employer. You have now spread to falsely accusing people even mildly associated with him with crimes. And your buddies are now trashing anyone that even innocently dares post to his site. That is depraved.
You have tried your best to harm other human beings out of pure spite. Look at your personal life and tell me that this obsession has not hurt you instead.
I point out why trackjack is fraudulent, and you change the subject to a rash of false accusations.
You try to change the subject again. I have NOTHING to do with TJ. You know this. I use both TJ and CBJN and would use both even if I weren't comped for both. I use every source of info I can including casino folk. What I am talking about is your sick obsession and your reprehensible false accusations. You sir have falsely accused me of a crime.
There is nothing false in anything I said. I stake my reputation on it.
Go back to the Fight Club where I cannot respond to your lies.
I've posted about it here before on other occasions, too, quite a while ago. All those other posts were deleted. Who knows? This might be the exception. It sure wouldn't be the first time I've bet and lost. :)
Did you do a search for your old messages before posting that claim? I think not. I do not know what specific posts you were referring to, but I can assure you that BJ21 does not delete posts except for the reasons specified in our FAQ. To have a post deleted here requires something more serious that ruffling feathers.
Stanford Wong
Yes, my previous posts on this topic were deleted. This was more than two years ago, back when David Mathews was still here. I have no idea if David was even involved. I only mention him to narrow the time-frame for you. I only began re-visiting bj21 a couple of months ago.
My posts always disappeared within a couple of hours, usually within a few minutes. I wrote them in response to threads which usually began with a seemingly innocent tack such as "Question from a newbie: Is Green Chip worth it?". These posts were often made by people using "new" handles who'd post the question and promptly disappear from bj21 forever. The responses would immediately come pouring in, usually by the same old dependable regulars (such as Parker and Bootlegger). It was actually pretty humorous watching Pavlov's dogs come running to the boards when these "innocent" questions would pop up (which they did, with amazing regularity).
I noticed you chose to defend the integrity of your site's post-busting policy knowing full well that I can't produce evidence that I made a post that was then busted by someone at your end. What's even more telling is that you failed to address the more significant topic under discussion in this thread. I'm not surprised.
There is a need for reasonable SOLs. How would you feel if the IRS came to and asked about a deduction you made on your 1991 tax return.
I think the SOL for complaining about busted posts is less than two years. I dont see how it is possible to evaluate your claim.
Things were different two years ago. There were many Free Pages, and a password was not required to post. There was a much bigger problems with spam and malicious posts. There were many post-busters employed to try to keep a handle on it.
Sometimes these post-busters made mistakes. I recall times where post-busters indicated that they had busted a post incorrectly.
I this possible that your posts were busted improperly. It is also possible that there were other reasons for the bust.
I very much doubt that T-Man is fronting for BJ21 here. He is an independent actor. And I certainly dont think that privador is a BJ21 agent.
I have not seen anyone suggest that privador join Green Chip. I think Green Chip view that as a mistake. WE think he needs to do some developmental reading before that. We would prefer NOT to have those question on GC.
T-Man recommended that he read a book by Wong and a book by Snyder. On the face of it, these are reasonable recommendations. I would personally recommend the KO book.
If there is another book that you recommend, why not do it?
First, you are correct. I'm not fronting. Thank you.
I do agree that Vancura and Fuchs' Knockout Blackjack is an excellent first book for learning blackjack advantage play theory. The explanations of pivot, key, and IRC are especially thorough. Since it specializes in solely an unbalanced count, I do strongly suggest that it be read along with at least one of the other two afore mentioned books so that the reader can choose.
After reading one, two, or all three of these books, if the reader wishes to hone his skills, then Schlesinger's Blackjack Attack is a must.
Oh, I've seen the Statue of Liberty, but where is the one of Limitations?
Sorry, couldn't resist. I enjoy MathProfisms.
:-)
I have good reason to believe that Privador is posting on his own and has nothing to do with the bj21 website. I would ask you to trust me on this, because the details are tawdry and don't bear repeating publicly. It may be entirely possible that some query posts are intended to get the result you have mentioned, and I'd venture a guess that not all such posts are from bj21, but that many are from other purveyors of gambling-related information. It is a marketing tactic and not a bad one.
Any responses to those posts by me are not Pavlovian, but simply a desire to inform folks about where to get good information on the game of blackjack. There are many who do not share that desire. That's their business.
I have not seen anyone suggest that privador join Green Chip. I think Green Chip view that as a mistake. WE think he needs to do some developmental reading before that. We would prefer NOT to have those question on GC.
A few other GC members and I have commented that Privador should NOT join GC. He wouldn't add to the GC community at this point. His enthusiasm is appreciated, but he needs to back that up with further development.
The ideal fake post would be from someone purporting to have a little knowledge but looking to take the next step. Privador is not that person.
The best antidote against the abusive postbusters is to complain to Uncle Stan. He will come up with more Postbuster Commandments to cripple the abusive postbusters.
A few years ago, I once was the abusive postbusters' favorite victim until Uncle Stan comes up with these additional wonderful Postbuster Commandments:
11. Do not delete a post just because the author is mistaken in his knowledge of gambling or casinos.
12. Do not delete a post just because you disagree with it.
13. Do not delete a post from a thread in which you have participated.
14. Do not delete a post at the request of a friend. Instead, relay the request to another post buster who will be able to make a decision without being influenced by the pressure of friendship. [I love this one: "Oh I busted her posts because I just followed my buddy's orders" said the abusive postbuster.]
15. Give more leeway to posts from known members of the BJ21 community.
16. Give more leeway to posts containing an email address for the poster.
I wasn't complaining about it at all. SW said it didn't happen. I said it did.
Interesting mis-direction here. Only Bootlegger addressed the original issue. The rest of you are attempting amateurish damage-control. Stop now, while you're behind.
You are posting streams of lies on the FC where I cannot respond. You are now actually accusing me of posting there under an alias. I will pay you one million dollars if that is true. You are the person that has used fake persona and names to post on this page your lies. Like most dishonest people, you accuse others of your own bad acts. The amazing thing is that one of the blackjackforumonline personnel is posting on the FC under numerous aliases and yet you falsely accuse people who have NEVER posted there.
Now Norm, he didn't really call you out by name.
Let's be fair. He just implied that 'Scooter' ... someone who knows blackjack mathmatics, someone who knows blackjack software and programming, obviously someone who had been around awhile, someone who plays in the East, someone who attacks him in contradictory manners, and someone with an intense dislike for him ... was you.
Settle down dude; that could be almost anybody.
[Sorry TMan, that hanging curve ball was begging to be jacked and I would have hated myself for taking a strike.]
Could be anybody:) Actually, I haven't played AC in several years. It's easier to fly to LV than to drive to AC from Manhattan.
