Who is regulating the online casinos,
they are off shore or out of the country,
This is a controversial point, but I am not that big a fan of regulation. Regulation helps people like me who are ethnically neutral, middle-class and well-bankrolled. People like me have the knowledge and the money and the connections to find restitution through the courts. But most other classes of gamblers and advantage players don't.
Regulation also makes games suck. Las Vegas and Atlantic City are supposedly well regulated, but you get all the 6:5 bj, csm's, shallow penetration etc. Contrast that with eastern europe where you can often find joker games, early surrender and so on, or even contrast it with the Las Vegas of old.
Actually, many real-world casinos with online operations here in Britain are effectively regulated much more strictly than in Nevada or New Jersey. Usually they offer 20 or 25 bonuses. Go figure.
