Dealing with table paranoia

So I've been counting at my local casinos for a handful of months now (KO + moving target count as described in Color of Blackjack) with good results so far. Often I have either my wife or a friend that is there with me playing basic strategy, but lately I've been venturing out to the casinos solo to get more table time. I've found that Im significantly less comfortable at the tables playing alone. I play low stakes ($10-$15 min bet), with my max bet at $100, but I can't help feeling like I am sticking out at the casino. I make no cover plays or attempt any kind of camouflage, and haven't experienced any heat whatsoever. However, I am constantly worried about looking suspicious at the table. In much of the blackjack literature it seems as though many of the authors go to great lengths to maintain a low profile. However, at stakes this low, is my paranoia justified, or am I overreacting? 

At some casinos they may ask you not to play at those bet levels or even lower. I am not sure what their criteria is but I would guess that if they think you are playing with an advantage and could possibly increase your bets more. If it's not crowded you may stand out more, although they could have more people watching when crowded, I don't know.

Maybe higher end casinos would not be concerned at those levels but you may not even a find $15 table at those places, What area do you play in?

Playing in the phoenix area. Most of the local casinos are run by one entity (gila river indian tribe), so i'm extra concerned at getting barred from the entire chain if im too obvious

Harrah's Ak-Chin about 30 miles south of Phoenix is not bad, all 6 decks I think.

Consult Green Chip monthly reports for all casinos

Consider flat betting, but the playing decisions you make can still trigger a backoff. Run sims for $15 to $100 versus $25 - $0 to see if you are giving up much EV. Consider playing crowded, slow tables for comps and practice, especially at wherever you consider your home base; prepare for going outside your local casinos where you can play with a spread.
