counting ,shuffle machines

I was yesterday casino and played against shuffle machines.Dealer put cards into machines about after every 1,5 deck.I just for fun i count ,and several times i get running count over 10(perhaps true count was 2) ,before dealer put it into machine.
Do i have to raise bet?

It is possible that you will get a positive true count high enough for an increased bet while playing such a machine. However, before placing the bet, you must be certain that the dealer will not replace the discards in the machine on that round. 1.5 decks between shuffles is unusual, and will likely offer some opportunities, so be prepared to get your bets up when it happens. Don't expect much in the way of reward for your play, since you will likely still be playing a negative expectation game overall. If this is the only game available to you, bonne chance. PV
