In the Card Casinos in Austria, player banked Blackjack variations are offered, as it is illegal for the house to back the bank.
In the casino where I play, the rules are:
6D, S17, DOA, DAS, ES10, ENHC
Players may bet 10 - 100, the general level of play is poor with lots of people standing on 16 vs. 7 - A, making wrong surrenders, taking insurance, etc.
To be the bank you have to put up at least 5000 and have to pay 35 collection per shoe (80-85% penetration). How much of an edge do I have as the bank? Is the high collection worth it?
