BTW there is no such thing as an "alphabet soup" protical either. All such involves specific communication symbols so that the overall message content does not influcence the specific symbol recognitions, when a non local connected communications channel is used.
Specifically Dr. Targ created the claim that an alphabet soup protical existed to divert washouts from the original psi-com project from trying to influence or spy upon actual projects. Those skilled rejects were usually those rejected for possible schizophrenic tendencies where their psi skills showed tendencies toward unstable positive feedback.
In short you are being rude with your between the lines attempts at communication and your style indicates you are familiar with a specific type of wording used in a past classified program to give washouts from that program something to do besides screwup or gossip about real work.
In short and real blunt: this has no place on a blackjack board and only points to you being a psychologically flawed washout from a psi-comm program!
