My strategy is ahead about $50,000 after about 298,000 computer-simulated hands, betting $100/hand. Would most of you all feel reasonable confident that I am on to something here?

But, my strategy is down about $136,000 after 623,000 computer-simulated hands. Is this fairly common? Just a negative swing? An indicator that the house still has an edge, albeit quite small. Perhaps if I change the # of decks, etc., I will have the edge.

Without breaking rules of this forum, can someone let me know (perhaps by direct e-mail) of software that can run more than 25,000 hands at a time - which is what I am currently using with bjsim.com?

If you are, I think you should purchase this software. It can do zillions of hands. http://www.qfit.com Please keep me informed of the results because my eyesight is getting worse from month to month and I'm having trouble with the cards in the discard tray and also seeing the cards of the other players.

A million hands is way too few to draw any solid conclusions about anything, but let's go ahead and do so anyway just for fun. :-)

You are ahead 13 grand after a million hands wagering $100 per hand. That works out to an advantage of 13/one-thousands of 1 percent, or .00013 percent. A decent card counter by contrast makes roughly 1 per cent or .01 Do you see the difference here? A card counters tiny advantage that he struggles to get is 80 times greater than your advantage. And that's only the start of the bad news. Your results ranging from up 50 grand to down 136 grand at various time during this million hand trial, tells us that the variance is huge. In short you are risking a great deal of money to win the tiniest amount. Very bad risk/reward ratio. And finally, if this scenario played true over billions of hands and you truly had the tiniest of edges and the huge bankroll necessary to withstand what looks like tremendous variance, the casinos will put an end to your assault. In most places the casinos have the right to bar anyone they want. Not just advantage players. They can bar anyone winning. Even someone playing a losing system that is just lucky. Not that any of this matters, because given a larger sample size, I am confident the results from your 'system' will flip to the negative side. Hope I am wrong. Best of Luck. And keep us posted. lol
