I see that Switch is longer listed in CBJN. Is that because it no longer exists, or is it now considered a "carnival game" and no longer listed? I'm specifically interested in Las Vegas. Thanks!
We consider it to be a carnival game. It's slowly fading from the scene, but might still be in some Las Vegas casinos. I recall a worse-than-original version at MGM properties, however they're not listed on the game's website.
See http://www.blackjackswitch.com./installations.html for a list -- no idea how current it is, but my guess is it's quite old since some of the casinos don't even have the listed names anymore.
BJ Switch at Venetian and Palazzo. Venetian deals from a csm machine. Pal from a shoe shuffler. Usually Pal has lower minimum.
On dd just use the list. There are some 40 or 50 dd games playable in LV. Stay thru 1 hi bet shoe and beat it to the next place. Use severe ramp adjustment or any trick you have to avoid heat. Good luck.
