bj tournament

Can u give me some tournament hints.
Conditsions are next :1000 chips
max bet 1000
21 rounds
The 2 better players can get to the final.
The second score is 9000

which progression to use?
to play max bet all the time
or do try to do some counting with bets 300-700-1000
Could u give me some advise?

Don't bother counting. It won't do you much good in 21 rounds of play. You can play conservatively, starting with minimum bets and then sizing your bets based on your opponents' chip stacks, or you can come out firing with max bets and build up a big lead early and then size your bets accordingly. If you have any chips left at the end of the session and you haven't moved on to the next round, you probably played too conservatively.

i guess ,better to do constant max bets all the time.

I tried to do some session with computer.

PS I used basic strategy (with surrender),I didnt used multi hand .I have that opputnunity in bj touney in 21 round when i need to double my stack at the end.

Mayby i was lucky and result was too good.(becouse 38 buy in costs only 38k$)
Is it realistic that i get average 10 buyin round some over 10000 pot?
What the math guys say abaut fluctuations in 50% case?

Its value cannot easily be measured. If you are going to play in tournaments, you must purchase this as soon as you can, as the value approaches "priceless" as the number of times you play increases.
