$2000
I was running a progression in a DD game (I know, progressions are winners). I was $7500 down and moved to a table to play head on. I started with $100 and it went something like this, 100-150-200-300-500-700-1000-1500(had a bj on this one)-2000. I won 9 in a row for $7200.
The last bet for $2000 I had a 16 v A. I scratched for a hit and got a 3 to beat the dealer. What luck. I was so absorbed with the streak that I forgot that the rules allowed for late surrender and I forgot to take it. :)
Funny thing about streaks. I've had some of my longest streaks in negative counts. Just statistical aberrations. I know it's not a winning game but I enjoy them and it gives me the chance to get big bets out. DD is the only game that I'll use them.
I might caution that I've been backed off playing a progression because the pit thought I was jumping my bet. Imagine that. Chasing away a "gambler" because they didn't understand their own game.
