I've been trying to buy a copy of Beyond Counting for a few months now. My problem is that I don't live in the U.S and everyone specifies in their ebay auction to only sell within the US. I'm guessing if you sell worldwide you will probably get an extra 50% return.

How about this: the copy I saw last week went for $555 USD on eBay. I will sell it at that price to the first person that contacts me, if you are able to send me payment via PayPal within the next 24 hours. I would rather sell it to an AP anyway, so please contact me directly if you are interested.
