Deeply dealt single deck is vulnerable to astute departure play. [FWIW, although I didn't know him personally, the late Stu Unger, possibly the best gin rummy player in the world, could recite the unseen cards of a standard deck by rank and suite. And he used to play at the old single deck, S17, double after split game at Caesar's.]

But all count-based, multiple deck play must involve substantial bet variation. I played mostly in the last century, and though I used to own blackjack software that would aid me in determining how extensive betting spreads need be based upon penetration, that was many hard drives ago. Even if I could find the original floppies, I have no floppy drives available to read them.

Is there available on the web, free of course, an engine of simulation or calculation or retrievable data set that can accomplish this?

I'm not sending anyone any money. After three cancers, two strokes and heart valve replacement, my memory is only a memory. I thought I had paid the licensing fee(s)sometime last century, but Norm says no and I'm not sure. He has my name on file but, according to him, the record doesn't match any addresses I've had in the last twenty years either in Florida or Nevada.

I distinctly recall using the referenced table and another of his products (at least one). But I don't remember user name/pswd, and I'm not paying fees twice.

Which is why I'm looking for something available on the web, for free.

I give free copies to anyone that has any scrap of information that they once had a license. My purchase database shows no one purchased near any of the addresses you provided, my shipping database shows no shipments to you, no e-mails addresses you had matched, one person with the same name purchased, but he lived over 1,000 miles from your past addresses. You may have had a demo.

I believe Norm would bend over backwards to accommodate you if there was a shred of evidence of a purchase by you. You stated "my memory is only a memory." I think Norm may be right in that you had a free demo that you now erroneously recall as a purchase. You need the software, just buy it.

I'm not suggesting any inappropriate anything. I'm the one with the brain damage. Norm's been a boon for a long time.

Once I was able use the referenced table or something like it indicating distributions based upon penetration, perhaps as a demo. But I think I recall seeing that table filled with data. And I'm not sure how I accomplished that.

After the lapse of a decade and a half I was wondering if there were something similar within the public domain.
