One player spreads from 5-50. A second player spreads from 10-100. The second player has an EV/hr more than double the first player. One reason is that a $10 min player will usually be playing with fewer people than the person at the $5 min table, thus he can play more hands/hr. There are supposed to be other factors involved though that causes the second person's ev/hr to more than double. Does anybody know what they are?
