Wizard of Odds is extremely reliable. Any differences from blackjackapprenticeship.com are likely due to rule variations. I see that you're playing European S17. There are several rule variations within ENHC which could affect playes like AA vs A and 11 vs T:
ENHC - usually means you lose all bets (including splits and doubles) if the dealer has blackjack
OBO - you lose your original bet only if the dealer has a blackjack
BB+1- you lose your busted bets plus one more if the dealer has a blackjack
The page on which you found the strategy should explain which if these it is for.
When two indices are given for a play, it's usually a S17/H17 distinction. Re-check the page where you found this. It should explain whether this is the case and which is which.

I'd normally agree about the two indices, but in the case of 9,9 vs. 7, the dealer can't have soft 17, so two indices would make no sense.
