Banned From Sister Property

I was told that I was "permanantly evicted" from a casino many years ago.  A casino with the same players club has opened since then in another state.  I wasn't mailed anything, the only interaction was a casino employee said something to the effect of "didn't someone tell you that you couldn't play here" and I left.  I got the information from my host that i was evicted from that specific casino when asking for a comp.

What I am curious is if there is any legal risk of going to the newer casino and any risk of them not paying me out if I win an amount that requires a hand pay/tax form.  I won jackpots at the other location before being evicted so they would have my SSN.  

Under the circumstances you described, the risk is near zero.  There are never any guarantees in the world of casinos, but your situation is probably as close to zero as any trespass situation could be.  Good luck.

As a rule, if they let you play, they must let you win. The exception to that is self-ban where you agree to be denied winnings.
