casinos as state regulated businesses
are often not allowed to refuse service to anyone they wish. I seriously believe that eventually this will be the norm in most states and that the inherant unfairness of only allowing unskilled or uninformed to play blackjack is a violation of common law.
The casinos, by the act of advertising how easy winning is, by putting limit signs on the tables, are in fact making an open offer to everyone to come try their luck. This offer to wager should not be able to be changed based on who accepts. There are other countermeasures the casino can take against skilled players (half-shoeing is one example).
