Mostly yes
"What if you could see the dealers hole card every hand?"
Definately yes, I would play.
"What if you could track the cards Very easy?"
Likely yes. It depends on exactly how precisely I could track the cards.
"What if the dealer was miscounting and paying pushes and pushing loses?"
If this was happening on a frequent basis (say twice per shuffle), then I would be flat betting table max.
"What if the dealer was leting you DD after 2 or more cards?"
Not enough unless there were other benefits to the game.
"What if the dealer was allowing surrender anytime, even after DD?"
Not enough by itself.
I would play a slot machine if it was positive EV. I would also make darn sure that it was positive EV before playing. If I had a friend that said I was a fool and he didn't want to listen to the math behind why it was positive EV, then I would not try to convince him otherwise. I would definately not post a cryptic message to BJ21 saying how smart I was to find a slot machine that was positive EV. There is simply no point in doing the last two.
Most AP's readily agree that there are non-conventional methods of gaining positive EV at any game, under limited circumstances. You will not get an argument there.
