Wonging

How many of you here actually back count or wong in at tables during your BJ sessions? Do most "serious" players ONLY play during positive TC's or do 'most' play during all counts? The casino I play at is fairly small and back counting isn't very possible - "forcing" me to play during negative counts - yet the count is negative most of the time in the game anyway...so it's hard to play only during positive counts especially with the casino environment I've got here.
