Win Frequencies Higher In Negative Counts???

It seems that I win a higher percentage of hands in negative counts than positive counts. Of course there are very few blackjacks in negative counts. Am I just imagining this? Has anyone done an analysis of hand win percentages at various counts? To be clear, I am not asking about EV, but rather the percentage of hands actually won.
