Where can I find K-O indices for doubling on soft 19?

I can't understand why they didn't include those in the book, especially considering that doubling on soft 19 vs. 6 is BS for all H17 games and for SD-S17 games. I am especially interested in finding out what the soft 19 indices are for SD and DD games. Thanks in advance for any advice.
