I've become interested in a betting system called Turnaround. According to it's inventor, Ian Harmer, it's "a method of money management which could also be called a "streak system" because it relies on the simple truth that while the majority of wins and losses in" blackjack "are isolated incidents, many of them come in bunches." You can find an essay he wrote explaining it here. http://3738.nzspace.com/turnaround.htm
It's a pretty complicated explanation. I've read it several times, and I still don't understand it, so I was hoping some of you could help me out with that. Can anyone explain this in layman's terms for me or refer me to another link other than the essay I cited above where it's explained?
Also, I'm wondering if any of you have used this strategy or any other betting systems with the premise that you can exploit winning streaks in blackjack and had success with it over a long period of time in a land (not online) casino?
