Thanks to the advice on this forum, and of course casino verite, I have stopped doubling the hard 12's,got back down to the basics and mastered my index deviations. I still have a problem with taking even money when the TC isn't at 3 but I have had some experienced players tell me that there a lot of AP's who do the same. EVERYTHING came together today and I made about 3 grand. I started taking my adderall for ADD before I play and it has boosted my game so much; even allows me to have drink after drink but stay completely focused at the table for perfect cover.
I am thinking about going to another shop in town and playing at the green tables with 500. My issue is I like to play 10 dollars a hand and spread to at most 75; as I am still subsidized by my parents 500 is a lot for me to risk. In your experience do you lose a lot quicker playing at these quarter tables or would the 20 units last as long as 20 units would last at a five dollar table playing by the book with the proper deviations?
