In the Home of Democracy and Capitalism ,why is it that the USA has ,in the majority of Casinos, the most communistic/socialistic tipping system.
I noticed that the great majority of dealers aren't very friendly or conducive to enticing tips by going the extra mile to be courteous or professional in this customer service industry. Not anywhere near the standards of our dealers in Australia.
So, when playing at a table in USA and you tip a friendly dealer cause they're doing a great job, the dealer next door who just gave you a "grunt" instead of a welcoming smile gets EXACTLY the same amount of share in the tip that you just gave the friendly dealer.
Why is it so?
