As soon as Katarina locks in the final first edition (she is waiting for two more reviews), the book will be given to wholesalers (after a 6-week processing period), including Amazon and Barnes and Noble. The book will definitely be sold online on Amazon and Barnes and Noble, and might even be available in Barnes and Noble's bricks and mortar stores. The price to wholesalers is the standard 50% discount, so $12.50.
